CHEFS TRUFFLE is operated by Gourmet Labo Co., Ltd. We welcome product proposals from producers, exporters and authorised distributors of truffles, caviar and premium specialty ingredients for hotels, restaurants and foodservice businesses in Japan.

Distinctive products with clear specifications and practical applications in professional kitchens.
Our Order-Based Sourcing Model
We source against confirmed customer orders. Before a purchase is placed, both parties agree on product specifications, quantities, pricing, payment, availability, delivery terms and relevant documentation.
At the enquiry stage, we do not commit to speculative inventory, guaranteed sales volumes, exclusivity or a distribution agreement. Supplier acceptance and any purchase order are subject to individual review.
Information to Include
- Company name, country, website and your role as producer, exporter or distributor.
- Product catalogue, origin, ingredients, allergens, pack sizes, shelf life, storage temperature and available product documentation.
- Wholesale pricing, currency, quantity breaks, minimum order quantities and units per case.
- Production or harvest availability, lead times, dispatch location, shipping options to Japan and proposed delivery terms.
- Whether individual-order fulfilment or direct shipment is possible, together with costs, limitations and sample terms.
From Introduction to First Order
- Submit your proposal. Share your product information and proposed commercial terms using the form.
- Product and feasibility review. We review suitability for our customers, supply conditions, logistics and applicable requirements. Samples may be discussed separately.
- Agree terms. Pricing, responsibilities, documentation and payment arrangements are confirmed before any purchase.
- Order confirmation. A supplier purchase order is issued only after the customer order and supplier terms are confirmed.

Information and use
We may collect contact details, delivery and payment information, purchase history, identifiers, access logs and enquiry details needed to provide our services. Information is used for orders, delivery, payments, customer support, communications, marketing, campaigns, events, analysis, service improvement, system maintenance, contractual obligations and other purposes described in the Japanese policy. Telephone calls may be recorded for service and training purposes. We do not use information beyond the reasonable scope of the purposes communicated when collecting it; if another use is necessary, we notify the person in advance.
Providing information
Providing personal information is voluntary. If necessary information is missing or inaccurate, we may be unable to respond to enquiries, deliver products or provide some services.

We may share the minimum necessary information with service providers for dispatch, delivery, payment, credit checks, customer support and related operations. Payment and security
The Japanese policy describes credit-card processing through GMO Payment Gateway and states that the company does not retain card details. This statement does not mean card payment is currently available for every CHEFS TRUFFLE enquiry. We assign responsibility for handling information and take reasonable measures against leakage, unauthorised access, loss, destruction and alteration.
